Lenovo isn’t exactly known for its smartphones, but that could change with the new gaming smartphone the brand is preparing to launch.
The crucial specifications of the Legion Y90 have now been released and Lenovo may have the most powerful Android smartphone on the market on the way.

We already knew that Lenovo was developing a smartphone, aimed at the gaming area, which had the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor at the controls. But now that the specifications of the new Legion Y90 have been revealed, we see that Lenovo can revolutionize the smartphone segment with the most powerful Android terminal on the market.
According to the leaker Panda is Bald, Lenovo’s new device has 22 GB of RAM in total, of which 18 GB is physical memory and 4 GB is virtual. The storage capacity is also impressive since it can reach 640 GB, divided into two sticks, one with 512 GB and the other with the remaining 128 GB.
These are specifications that are currently not common, not even in high-end models, and that can do wonders for the performance of the terminal. But there is more and very good.

As already mentioned, the Legion Y90 will feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, but it will also be equipped with a massive 6.92-inch AMOLED display, 144Hz refresh rate, and 720Hz touch sampling rate. These specs they mean the screen will be very responsive and ideal for handling the demanding gaming environment.
In terms of optics, though, the Lenovo Legion Y90 won’t come as a surprise, as it features a 64-megapixel main camera, complemented by a second 16-megapixel sensor. On the front, the terminal will house a 44-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls.

The terminal will be powered by a huge 5,600 mAH battery with support for 68-watt fast charging.
And since the Legion Y90 was designed especially for gaming, it will also feature dual-axis motors, dual cooling fans, and six fully dedicated gaming buttons.
Otherwise, Lenovo is expected to launch the “almighty” Legion Y90 in mid-February on the Chinese market. About a possible worldwide launch, no information is available yet, but here in Europe we would like to “feel the power” of Lenovo’s new smartphone.
