As part of the second stage of the project Green One Playa Doradaan initiative of the companies of the Velutini and IEMCA groups, the construction of a Blue Mall in the parking area of the Playa Dorada exit.
When presenting what this second stage of the project that began in the first months of the pandemic contemplates, businessman Luis Emilio Velutini reported that Negotiations with the Central Bank are advanced to build this Blue Mall in Puerto Plata.
He indicated that the building will have an open town-type design, with two anchor stores and a mixed commercial development, which will be designed by the architect Sarah García de Casoni.

This second stage of the project will encompass the construction of 28 two-level villas and 220 apartments located in 11 high-rise buildings. As well as the continuation of the remodeling of the structures and the entire space of the old Puerto Plata Village, to make way for the new Green One Playa Dorada.
