Valera made two proposals for traditional taxi drivers; take charge of the UBER platform, with the rates that they have and that they maintain a distance of one kilometer, to pick up tourists from the airport and hotels in the area.
While Vega was in favor of eliminating the distance, so that the free market is allowed and they accept the regulations and taxes that the law dictates.
