They find more classified documents in a house of Joe Biden

The White House confirmed this Saturday that US President Joe Biden’s lawyers found more classified documents from the time he was vice president (2009-2017) in one of his mansions in Delaware (USA).

A White House attorney, Richard Sauber, searched the Wilmington residence on Thursday and found additional documents to those already confirmed, the agency said in a statement.

Biden’s personal attorneys initially found a document with a classified mark Wednesday in a room adjacent to the garage and stopped searching the property because they did not have security clearance.

The next day Sauber, authorized White House counsel, came in and found the documents in a new registry.

The news comes two days after the United States Secretary of Justice, Merrick Garland, announced the appointment of a special prosecutor who will study all the classified papers that have been found in the homes and offices of President Biden.

The US attorney general made the announcement after the White House and Biden himself confirmed the discovery of new classified documents on Thursday, the second confirmation of its kind this week.

That of this Saturday is therefore the third and, as Sauber explained, what was found are five additional pages with classification marks. In the search he was accompanied by Justice Department officials, who "they immediately took possession of them".

The last time Biden referred to the issue was on Thursday, when he assured that the incident was going to be solved: "Everything will become clear, I’m sure"the president pointed out about a case that is reminiscent, although with many differences, of the classified papers found in the mansion of former President Donald Trump.
