Riyadh: Saudi police arrested two suspects who brutally tortured a girl. The accused slapped the girl so hard that the girl woke up.

In the video clip, it can be seen that these two accused pushed the girl in a street of Al Falaj and she fell on the ground, after which the youth left her and joined a group.
The people present at the scene did not react despite seeing the whole scene but remained silent. It is clear from the video that both the youth and the victim girl were part of the same group of people.
After seeing the video on social media, there was a wave of anger among the users, they demanded the arrest of the accused from the concerned authorities, after which the police took the accused into custody.
