Brothers Suero, Juan Miguel and Gerardo, sealed the night with a combined 46 points for the Mauricio Báez club to win 97-78 over Bameso, which took them first place in Group A, on the fourth date of the XLVI regular series Superior Basketball Tournament of the National District.
Each one scored 23 points (Juan Miguel contributed nine rebounds and Gerardito four) to be the top leaders in the ruthless offensive attack of the Villa Juana sector as a whole against the Social Improvement Neighborhood, at the Professor Virgilio Travieso Soto Sports Palace.
Mauritius took first place in Group A with a 3-0 record, while the Bamesians remain in second place with a 2-1 mark. San Carlos is 1-2 and Los Prados 0-3, to make up the four teams in that division.
The championship is dedicated to César Cedeño and as an option to the BanReservas Cup.
The Suero had the support of North American reinforcement Will Daniells with 12 points and four rebounds, Diego Moquete made nine baskets and five sacks, and Miguel Evangelista contributed seven points.
For Bameso, the reinforcement from Santiago Víctor Liz closed with a double-double of 27 points, 11 rebounds and eight assists, a law of two for the offensive triplet. He was followed by Miguel Dicent with 18 points, the American Trahson Burrel managed to score 16 and Edward Santana linked 13 units.

He stressed that those attending the Palacio de los Deportes only have to bring any type of donation in kind that may be useful to help the victims of Fiona.
