The price of barrel of West Texas Intermediate oil (WTI) closed yesterday after 6:00 in the afternoon at $87.92 for September contracts, according to market reports on commodity prices published by Bloomberg.
In yesterday’s session registered a price of US$88.33 in the daily barrel of WTIin the New York market, while the Brent type, which is used in the United Kingdom and Europe, was quoted at US$94.22, ending the day with futures prices to September of US$95.10.
The September contracts for energy commodities such as natural gas, Gasoline, heating oil and diesel lost ground yesterday, while the price of kerosene maintained the same value with respect to the previous day.
