According to Emirates Illum, jewelers’ owners say that the gold prices have increased and the gold prices have remained stable for a long period of time, which has led to a boom in the business of gold coins and biscuits.
He said that most people are selling their gold coins and biscuits in the hope that they will not be able to get such good rates again in the future.
A director of a gold company said, ‘In recent days, there have been a large number of people coming to jewelery showrooms who wanted to sell gold biscuits and coins. Their attempt was to take advantage of the increased gold prices.
He further said that many also came to buy gold coins, they are buying in the hope of a rise in gold prices in the future.
