The Dutch team Jumbo-Visma, one of the most powerful on the international cycling scene, will be the great attraction of the second edition of O Gran Camiño, which will be held in Galicia between February 23 and 26. The team led by Jonas Vingegaard, Primoz Roglic and Wout Van Aert, among others, will be the highlight of a test that was presented this Monday by its director, Ezequiel Mosquera, in the company of the Director of Tourism of Galicia, Nava Castro, and the General Secretary for Sport, José Ramón Lete Lasa.
“Next year the Gran Camino will visit some of the main monuments of Galicia, without forgetting the role that the Camino de Santiago plays in the test”, highlighted Nava Castro. In the first edition, Alejandro Valverde (Movistar) from Murcia snatched victory from Canadian Michael Woods (Israel-Premier Tech) in the final time trial.
