According to the list released by the relevant authorities of Bahrain, Saudi Arabian citizens accounted for 88.1 percent of the total number of tourists who visited Bahrain last year from July to September 2022.
During the said three months, 2.09 million Saudi nationals arrived in Bahrain. The second place was India, whose 218 thousand 100 citizens visited Bahrain, while 117 thousand 400 citizens of Kuwait graced this country with their arrival.
Bahrain is connected to Saudi Arabia by the King Fahd Bridge and a large number of Saudi citizens come to Bahrain through this route. In this regard, the King Fahd Bridge administration says that the Covid vaccine is the basic requirement for Saudis going to Bahrain via the bridge.

If the total number of visitors from other Gulf countries is mentioned during the same period, 310,200 citizens arrived in Bahrain from July to September and this is 10.4% of the total number of tourists coming here.
