Just half an hour after AS advanced the order of admission to prison for Lucas Hernández and his summons on October 19 to elect a penitentiary, by order of the Criminal Court number 32 of Madrid, the Superior Court of Justice confirmed the shocking news. He did it through this statement:
“The Criminal Court No. 32 of Madrid, for the enforcement of Violence Against Women, has denied the request for suspension of the six-month custodial sentence imposed on Lucas Françoise BH and has required you to go to the judicial body on October 19, at 11:00 a.m., to be transferred to the request for voluntary admission to prison, within the non-extendable period of ten days from that moment.
The Criminal Court No. 32 of Madrid executes the sentence handed down in December 2019 by the Criminal Court No. 35 of Madrid, that sentenced the accused to six months in prison as the perpetrator responsible for a crime of violation of the sentence of article 468.2 of the Penal Code. In the proven facts of this sentence it is established that Lucas Françoise BH, ‘at 9:30 a.m. on June 13, 2017, aware of the prohibition of approaching less than 500 meters from his sentimental partner issued in sentence, fully in force and With full contempt for it, he was in the company of ASL at the Adolfo Suárez-Barajas de Madrid airport, from Miami ‘, from where they had traveled together.
The Criminal Court of enforcement understands that in this case the legal requirements to grant Lucas Françoise BH the benefit of suspension of the sentence do not meet, given that he is not a primary offender, since there is a final judgment, dated 03-21-2017, of the Criminal Court No. 35 of Madrid for the crime of injuries in the field of gender violence and another sentence, also final, also for a crime of injuries in the area of gender violence, of the Criminal Court No. 5 of Móstoles (Madrid).
The order of execution of sentence has been appealed before the Provincial Court of Madrid ”.
