The announced aid includes additional rockets for the High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HAMARS), thousands of artillery shells, mortar systems and other weapons.

Since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine at the end of February this year, the United States has announced a total of nine billion dollars worth of military aid to Ukraine.
