LONDON: British Prime Minister Boris Johnson has said he will use every diplomatic means to secure the gains made in Afghanistan over the past 20 years.
These views were expressed by the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Boris Johnson on the micro-blogging site Twitter, he said in his tweet that the Afghan Taliban will be tested by their actions and not by words.
Boris Johnson said that Britain stands with its friendly countries and allied Afghan people and must stand by the Afghan people and help them.
Boris Johnson said in his tweet that he would use every diplomatic means to safeguard the achievements made in the last 20 years. Today, there will be an emergency meeting of G7 countries on the situation in Afghanistan.
It should be noted that with the withdrawal of US and foreign forces from Afghanistan, the Afghan Taliban have established their control over the whole of Afghanistan, including the capital Kabul, however, the Afghan Taliban have so far failed to establish their control over Panjshir province.
