Texas: At least 22 people, including 19 children, were killed in a shooting at a primary school in the US state of Texas yesterday. An 18-year-old gunman entered the school and opened fire indiscriminately.

Tragic facts have come to light in this regard in the local media, in which it was stated that all the children who died were studying in the same class.

Two teachers have been killed in a massacre at an elementary school in South Texas, officials say.

A spokesman for the Texas Department of Public Safety told the media that after the incident, the police took immediate action and smashed the windows of the classrooms and rushed the bodies and injured to the hospital.

Meanwhile, the accused, identified as 18-year-old Salvador Ramos, was shot dead on the spot by police.

Police officials revealed that the accused had also tried to shoot and kill his grandmother before the incident, but fortunately his grandmother survived and his condition in the hospital is critical.
