Sunny Deol’s latest film, “Jatt,” hit theaters on April 10. To celebrate, he hosted a special screening. Many Bollywood and TV stars attended the event, including Shalin Bhanot.
Things got awkward when Shalin complimented Sunny on his energy. Sunny Deol didn’t take it well and appeared irritated. A video of their exchange is making the rounds on social media. In it, Shalin shakes Sunny’s hand, saying, “Your energy is amazing at this age”. Sunny responds by wagging his finger at Shalin, saying, “I am not old”. Shalin seems confused but quickly caught on.
The Film
“Jatt” is Sunny Deol’s second film since “Gadar 2” came out in 2023. Director Gopichand Malineni helmed the project. The cast includes Vinay Pathak’s co-star from “Jawan”, Vinait Kumar Singh, Randeep Hooda, Zarina Wahab, and Regina Cassandra.
Box Office Numbers
In its first three days, “Jatt” raked in 26.50 crore nationwide. The film saw a big jump on its third day, raking in 10 crore on the first Saturday alone – more than it made on opening day.
