Spanish startups that have obtained the highest revenue in 2021

Profitability of the new Startups Law

The new one Startup Law, approved last September 2021 in the Council of Minister by Nadia Calviño, First Vice President and Minister of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, will favor startups in our country, which is why numerous startups have emerged.

As stated Calviño on the official page of The Moncloa: “The law is especially designed to create opportunities for young people and attract investment and talent.”

The Law declares that startups will be considered those that are innovative, that have been created recently, or that have a up to 5 years old; except, 7 years, those companies that are related to the field of technology, energy or industrial, that have their headquarters or establishment in Spain, that have not distributed dividends or are not listed, and that have income of up to 5 million euros.
