Phase 1 of the 2022 MLB All-Star ticket has ended and the finalists who will compete for the starting positions for the 2022 All-Star Game are already defined.
The results of the first phase were revealed Thursday by MLB Network. The player who received the most votes in each of the leagues – Yankees outfielders Aaron Judge and Braves Ronald Acuña Jr. – are already assured of starting the 92nd Mid-Season Classic, to be played on July 19 at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles.
Of the remainder, the next four outfielders with the most votes from each league and the top two of the rest of the positions, including designated hitter, will continue in phase 2, which will begin at 12:00 p.m. on July 5. and will end on July 8 at 2 pm
During that period, fans will be able to vote once for their favorite. The votes of the first phase will not be added.
