Cricket is white in New Zealand – Ross Taylor

Taylor wrote in his book: “Cricket in New Zealand is largely a white people’s game. I was a misfit to it for much of my career, a brown face in a vanilla lineup. It was a challenge that his teammates game or cricket watchers could not have imagined. The barometer of this was the laughter in the locker room. A colleague of mine used to tell me you’re half a good person, Ross, but which half is good? You don’t know what I’m talking about. I know what I did.”
