According to the report by ESPNcricinfo, Shane Watson has dropped out of the race for the position of Pakistan’s head coach. He has prioritized his current coaching and commentating in IPL and declined PCB to become a coach.
We tell you that Watson was PCB’s first choice as head coach. In fact, Pakistan have to play a five-match T20 series against New Zealand at home next month. After that, Pakistan also has to play a T20 series with England before the T20 World Cup. In such a situation, the Pakistan board wanted to appoint Watson as the head coach for the next year.
