Saudi Arabia: Government issues guidelines for all schools

Riyadh: The Saudi government is taking steps to provide employment to educated citizens, in this regard, vacancies in schools will be filled.

According to Saudi media, the rate of Saudiization in all private and international schools in the kingdom will be implemented from Sunday to 90%. The Ministry of Human Resources had given schools a four-month respite, which expires on August 29.

Sources say that with the implementation of the decision, 8,000 jobs will be created for Saudi citizens. These are men and women citizens who have obtained higher degrees, while after three years, 28,000 jobs are likely to be created for citizens.

The Ministry of Human Resources has set a minimum salary of 5,000 riyals for Saudi employees in private and international schools and a one-year contract. The ministry has made it clear that Saudi employees with a salary of less than 5,000 will not be included in the Saudiization program.
