Saudi Arabia: Flights resumed later this month?

Riyadh: The Saudi Passport and Immigration Department has issued an explanation on a question asked online regarding the resumption of flights.

According to Arab media reports, on the Twitter handle of the license, the foreigner inquired whether the expectant mother would open flights? And if flights are not resumed, will there be further renewal of accommodation?

The Passport Department clarified that orders have not been issued yet regarding further extension of stay and departure period and flights.

He also said that as soon as any order in this regard is issued, the authorities have given permission for extension of stay and exit visa for foreigners affected by travel ban till November 30.

Licensing said that the exit pledges and free extension orders of residency holders had been issued by the House of Commons till November 30, 2021, which are being implemented in collaboration with the National Database Center.

It should be noted that as a precautionary measure to protect against corona virus in Saudi Arabia, direct entry of travelers from various countries, including Pakistan, is prohibited.
