The tenth edition of Impulso Santo Domingo Corre 10K will be held on July 3, starting at 3:00 in the morning, at the Obelisco Santo Domingo, with the participation of hundreds of runners and running enthusiasts.
The event will take place in the Overall and age categories.
The information was offered within the framework of a presentation cocktail that was chaired by the main directors of Santo Domingo Corre, Messrs. Modesto Reyes, president; Samuel Núñez, Vice President; Marlenny Peña, General Director and Karla Martín, Director of Digital Media; accompanied by Huáscar Beltré and María Alejandra Antuñano.
Modesto Reyes said that 10 years ago they started this journey that impacted the lives of thousands of runners, becoming Santo Domingo Corre 10K over time, in the most important 10 kilometers in the country.
“That is why, in this edition, the runner is going to celebrate his career, and we hope to enjoy it together with each and every one of the athletes who are passionate about this sport”, emphasized Núñez.
On her side, María Antuñano, consumer marketing manager for the Impulso brand, stated that “at Nestlé Dominicana we are committed to the comprehensive well-being of our consumers, and that is why with our high-protein dairy drink, Impulso, we support all participants willing to achieve their goals in order to go further with the best nutrition and attitude. This year the event has a new route that will offer participants the possibility of making much better time, by having only direct sections. Leaving the Obelisk, it continues in the direction of George Washington Avenue at the corner of Palo Hincado until Highway 30 de Mayo at the corner of San Juan Bautista, in both directions.
