The statement is made by Ice Universe, several times correct in its predictions about Samsung products. According to their sources, the upcoming South Korean case smartphone will have a larger outer screen than the OPPO Find N2 Flip.
These are precisely the words spoken by the well-known filter in his recent post. He fully trusts the veracity of his allegations, however, he does not advance with concrete dimensions.
OPPO Find N2 Flip has a 3.26-inch exterior screen. In fact, we expect the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 to feature an even larger panel than what could be its biggest rival in 2023.
This update will be widely seen by all those who use or want to migrate to Samsung foldables. More physical screen space should mean more utility and more versatility.
Currently, Samsung designs the outer screen of its Galaxy Z Flip models as a mere notification screen. A simple helper with a predefined number of widgets, providing only essential information about incoming notifications.
We hope that with the transition to a considerably larger screen, it can prove more useful. We also hope that Samsung can give users complete freedom, contrary to what happens with the OPPO Find N2 Flip, which is limited to six widgets and without great interaction options.
