A Russian influencer died while trying to take a selfie on a cliff in Georgia after ignoring a prohibition sign.
Inessa Polenko visited the city of Abkhazia in Georgia and arrived at a viewpoint where she wanted to take a photo to share with her followers.
But Polenko ignored a safety notice prohibiting entry into a dangerous area for photography.
The moment the woman slipped and fell more than 50 meters was captured on surveillance cameras.

In the pictures, the Russian influencer’s body can be seen on the beach while being hit by the waves.
Emergency crews reportedly arrived at the scene, found the influencer with serious injuries and took her to a hospital, where she died hours later.

Authorities in several countries have had to ban selfies in some places because many people have been injured or killed while entering restricted and dangerous areas.
This is not the first time that an influencer has died or been injured because he wanted to take unique and risky shots in dangerous places to impress his followers on social networks.
