- Team India will face Australia
Rohit Sharma: The Indian cricket team would like to win the T20 World Cup tournament from next month at all costs. The Indian team, which was eliminated in the group stage last year, faced much criticism for returning empty-handed at this year’s Asian Cup. But now Rohit Sharma’s army would like to return anyway. The India team will also play series against Australia and South Africa for preparations for the World Cup. Meanwhile, India team captain Rohit Sharma has given some special advice to all the players.
Rohit gave advice to the players
With India already selected for the T20 World Cup, captain Rohit Sharma wants his players to step out of their “comfort zone” and tour Australia and South Africa ahead of next month’s ICC tournament. He added something new to his game in the six games he played against. Rohit said that the players are no longer under pressure regarding team selection and in such a situation they can push their limits. The team management is giving rest to players like Hardik Pandya, Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Arshdeep Singh from these 6 matches but somehow only the strong India team will take part in these matches.
The team has to put up with criticism.
Rohit’s comment came at a time when the team’s management did some experiments in the Asian Cup for which he had to face criticism. Rohit said before the first match against Australia: “I wanted to instill a sense of security in the team and that’s why we announced teams for both this series and the World Cup. We were almost the same team in the Asian Cup as well.” He said: “In these 6 games, we want to test what we can achieve in different styles. It is about trying new ways that know no limits. He can push himself in many directions to achieve many things for the team.
You will have to learn this job from Virat.
Virat Kohli stepped out of his ‘comfort zone’ at the Asian Cup and played a sweeping shot like never before. Rohit wants even bowlers to exceed the limits of him. Rohit said: “We will motivate the players to try more things. For example, a batsman who can’t play reverse sweep can and can do it correctly. Do things you don’t feel comfortable with, and then see what happens. For example, as a bowler, he can cast a yorker or goalie on his opening spell.
