- 2 medium sized sweet potatoes
- sweet paprika to taste
- Salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1 dash of extra virgin olive oil
- Chickpea Flour – optional

- To prepare the sweet potatoes, they need to be cleaned and boiled for about 15 minutes. You can steam it or cook it in the microwave until tender and soft.
- Peel them and cut them into slices about 1 cm thick.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. and prepare a tray lined with parchment paper.
- To prepare the sweet potatoes, first place them on a tray and flatten them using a spoon or fork. Then sprinkle paprika, salt and pepper on top and add a dash of oil. If you want an extra crunchy texture, you can add some chickpea flour.
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for 35 minutes.
