Ripple Labs recognized as the 4th best place to work for parents

Ripple Labs' XRP Holdings Drop Below 50 Percent for the First Time

Silicon Valley-based Ripple Labs has been recognized as the fourth best place to work for parents in the United States. That recognition finally means some good news for the company, which has been embroiled in a long legal battle with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for years.

Happy employees

The research of ‘Great Place to Work’ shows that 95 percent of the employees of Ripple Labs the blockchain company are a great employer. That’s a lot higher than the 57 percent of the average American company. Ripple Labs also scored well in other segments of the study, eventually finishing in fourth place in 2022.

100 percent of Ripple Labs employees said they received a warm welcome to the company. Furthermore, 98 percent say it is possible to take time off when needed. Also interesting is that 97 percent of employees indicate that management acts ethically and fairly in business matters. This indicates that they at least have confidence in the outcome of the lawsuit.

Ripple is pleased

Of course, it didn’t take long for Ripple Labs to respond to this happy news. “We have a diverse community of parents and our priority is to assist them in that family journey. We are proud to be recognized as one of the top employers for parents,” the company said in a statement.

In the end, it remains to be seen whether the company will benefit from this in the lawsuit, probably not, but it is good to read that Ripple Labs puts its employees first. With that, there is finally some positive news to report about Ripple Labs. The next step would be winning the lawsuit with the SEC. The coming months will show whether that was a realistic hope.
