Jose Ramirez doubled in the go-ahead run in the 10th, and the Cleveland Guardians beat the Colorado Rockies 4-3 Tuesday night.

He also had a two-run single, while Josh Naylor had a pair of doubles and an RBI for Cleveland.

Charlie Blackmon hit his 10th homer of the season, a game-tying two-run blast in the bottom of the seventh inning, while CJ Cron hit an RBI triple for the Rockies.

Ramírez connected an accurate ground ball to right field, to the first pitch that Robert Stephenson threw to him. He scored from second base his compatriot Amed Rosario, the designated runner.

Bryan Shaw (2-0) scored a scoreless ninth inning for the win, while Emmanuel Clase got three outs for his 12th save.

The Guardians retired Blackmon on a throw-throw between third and home for the first out of the 10th inning before Cron grounded into a double play to end the engagement.

For the Guardians, the Dominicans Rosario 5-2 with a double, two runs scored, Ramírez 4-2 with a double, one run scored, Óscar González 5-1. The Venezuelan Andrés Giménez 4-1.

For the Rockies, Venezuelan Yonathan Daza 5-2. Cuban José Iglesias 3-2.
