The tech world is abuzz with the upcoming launch of Poco’s flagship smartphones, the F7 Ultra and F7 Pro, slated for a global unveiling on March 27, 2025. In a recent development, Paras Guglani, a reliable source, has shared official renders of both devices, giving us our first glimpse of these highly anticipated phones.
These smartphones are essentially rebranded versions of the Redmi K80 and K80 Pro, which were launched in China back in November 2024. They boast a similar design, characterized by a flat frame on both the front and back, along with a large, circular camera module and horizontal LED flash. The design language is unmistakably premium, hinting at the high-end features that these devices are expected to pack.
Rumors have been circulating about the specs of the Poco F7 Ultra and F7 Pro, suggesting that they will be similar to their Redmi counterparts. We can expect a 6.67-inch OLED display with a 1.5K resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, and an in-display fingerprint sensor. These features are sure to provide an immersive viewing experience and seamless user interaction.
In terms of performance, the Poco F7 Ultra is expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, which boasts a clock speed of up to 4.32 GHz. It will be paired with a 5,300mAh battery that supports 120W fast charging and 50W wireless charging.
