Rhys Hoskins raised his arms in celebration after hitting an RBI double in the ninth inning that led the Philadelphia Phillies to a 3-2 victory over the Miami Marlins on Monday night.

Hoskins’ two-out hit off Anthony Bass (1-3) brought Matt Vierling to the plate and capped the Phillies’ comeback from down 2-1 in the seventh. Vierling singled with one out and stole second to get into scoring position.

The Phillies have won 10 of the last 11 to put themselves back in contention for the NL wild cards.

Seranthony Dominguez (4-1) pitched a scoreless ninth inning for the win.

The Marlins were up 2-1 and in control behind ace Sandy Alcantara, who walked the first two foes of the eighth inning but grounded JT Realmuto for a double play before leaving the game.

Steven Okert came on in relief and quickly allowed Didi Gregorius’ tying single.

Miguel Rojas hit a pair of RBI doubles that put Miami ahead 2-1.

For the Phillies, the Venezuelan Odúbel Herrera 3-1.

For the Marlins, the Venezuelans Miguel Rojas 3-2 with two produced, Jesús Aguilar 4-0. Cuban Jorge Soler 4-1. The Dominicans Jesús Sánchez 4-0; Brandon de la Cruz 3-0.
