Kuwait City: A warning has been issued to the people of Kuwait that there is a possibility of heavy rains across the country, in view of which educational activities will be suspended.۔
According to Arab media reports, the Kuwaiti Meteorological Department has forecast that rains are expected across the country from today, which may affect different areas. Due to bad weather conditions, working hours can be changed, but so far no decision has been made in this regard.
The report said that due to the weather conditions, the Ministry of Education today announced the suspension of tuition and examinations for students only, while the educational and administrative institutions in schools should resume their work as usual.
Kuwaiti Minister of Education Dr. Ali Al-Muzaffar announced on 03 January 2022 the suspension of public education, religious education, special education for students in all public and private Arab and foreign education systems.
He also postponed tomorrow’s exams. Citizens are advised to take precautionary measures.
