Orange-MásMóvil will have a board of eight members

As union sources have told EFE, Orange-MásMóvil announced on Monday its organizational structure, led by an executive committee made up of eight members, including seven general directors, and headed by its CEO Meinrad Spenger.

In addition to Spenger, the board includes the company’s finance director, Ludovic Pech, former CEO of Orange Spain. Germán López, who will be General Director of Operations; Miguel Santos, from the Technology Department; Mónica Sala, from Red; Monica Allés, from People; Julio Gómez, strategy; and Diego Martínez from Customer and Product.

In addition, there will be an Administrative Committee consisting of 20 people, including eight from the Executive Committee, and a further twelve Directors.

All Orange-MásMóvil employees maintain their approved conditions

All employees will comply with the working conditions recognized by them and the employment relationship with their company communicated to them.

The CEO of Orange-MásMóvil, Meinrad Spenger, has called on around 4,000 employees of the two merged companies to a joint “partnership” event in Madrid this Tuesday, several union sources told EFE on Monday.
