OnePlus Pad will be announced with Android 12L
Through the 91Mobiles publication, citing information provided by Yogesh Brar, the OnePlus Pad will hit the market with Android 12L. It will therefore be one of the first with the new Google operating system.
Google announced Android 12L for devices with larger screens. It will be the most suitable version of your software for foldable smartphones and tablets.
The great advantage of this new software compared to the existing one will be the adaptation to larger screens. This will actually take advantage of the larger panels, rather than just making the icons bigger like there is currently.
Google promised that it would release Android 12L to the market in early 2022. This schedule was designed so that the new operating system would be ready for the launch of the new generation of foldable smartphones and tablets.
In fact, the OnePlus Pad is also expected to be introduced in the coming months. Although nothing has been confirmed, it is believed that this tablet will be unveiled in India in the first half of 2022.
