NOS has more than 2 million users of these services in Portugal

This is a methodical effort that has made it possible to speed up the interaction of Portuguese with the operator’s digital ecosystem.

For this reason, with an ambitious plan of initiatives, NOS is committed to promoting the use of digital tools, highlighting the benefits of this option and constantly optimizing its platforms. This in order to increase confidence and skill in using them.

In fact, this is a strategy that has been proven to be effective. In fact, in 2022 the operator registered a digital interaction with more than 50% of its customer base. In other words, we are facing a growth of over 30% compared to the previous year.

“NOS has made a strong investment in the development of its digital channels and the transformation of its operating model, which is reflected in a strong increase in its use by the Portuguese. The results are seen in the exponential growth in the use of our digital ecosystem in recent years is an indicator that the NOS is on the right track and continues to be a catalyst for the country’s digital transformation,” adds Schiappa Cruz.

The NOS app is available for Android and iOS (iPhone)

Through the NOS App, the service is totally digital, gaining in integration, proximity and comfort. All without the need to use the support of another operator, simply download it to your smartphone.

This application is available on the App Store and Google Play, for all customers. That is, for Android and iOS (iPhone), whether private or business, with convergent packages or isolated services.

In practice, the NOS application facilitated the customer service experience, making it even more autonomous and intuitive, completely online.

Among other features, the NOS App allows you to check balances, check invoices, check account data or manage premium channels and watch movies seen in the Videoclub.

For business customers, it is also possible to consult multiple services and account cards in a quick and simplified way. This even in companies with installations in several addresses.

It should also be noted that in the Apple Store, the NOS app is currently the 10th most downloaded utility app in Portugal. More specifically, it has 4,300 reviews and a rating of 4.2 stars.

Finally, the NOS App is available on Google Play with more than 1 million downloads, 28 thousand ratings and a 4-star review.
