The Denver Nuggets went 2-0 against the Los Angeles Lakers in the finals of the Western Conference of the NBA and they will see their faces again this Saturday at 9:30 p.m., with ESPN television.
In the 108-103 victory on Thursday, the mountain team once again had a sublime Nikola Jokic, author of a new triple double -23 points, 17 rebounds and 13 assists-, but the difference ended up being made by the Canadian point guard Jamal Murray, author of 37 points, 23 in the last quarter.
In the Lakers, who went up by 5 at halftime, LeBron James (10 assists and 9 rebounds) and Austin Reaves each scored 22 pointswhile intern Anthony Davis (14 rebounds and 4 blocks) contributed 18 after scoring 40 in the first game. Meanwhile, the Japanese Rui Hachimura stood out with 21 points from the bench.
The third and fourth games of the series will be played in Los Angeleswith the Lakers trying to tie the series or at least stretch it out by a few extra games.
