mundimoto has announced Motocomponentshe marketplace of second-hand motorcycle accessories and spare parts in Spain, with the aim of reaching 20,000 sales and a turnover of around a million euros this year.
Josep Talavera, founder and CEO of Mundimotohas assured that they had been working on the project for a long time: «The objective of Motocomponentes is that bikers in Spain can find any second-hand spare part and accessory for their vehicles in one place». In this sense, Talavera frames the launch of the spare parts marketplace within the company growth strategywhich also includes the expansion of Mundimoto in Italy.
As the company has explained, Motocomponentes will include a “wide” variety of accessories, such as saddlebags, helmets, gloves and backrests, among others. In addition, they will offer spare parts such as oils, batteries, filters, seats or license plate holders. The new marketplace ensures free delivery anywhere in Spain for purchases over 60 euros.
mundimoto was born in 2019, in the parking lot of a house where two friends had a transformative vision in mind, “to create a platform that would revolutionize the buying and selling of second-hand motorcycles.” With their knowledge and guided by their instinct, they began to buy motorcycles, repair them and sell them to other bikers who, like them, wanted an easy, fast and safe system. In a matter of time, they became the market leaders and were able to expand their operations and increase their inventory, having the largest stock of second-hand motorcycles in all of Europe.
