Upcoming Boxing Events

High-Profile Fights in the Works

Ryan Garcia and Isaac ‘Pitbull’ Cruz are set to face off in May in a highly anticipated matchup. Garcia, looking to make a comeback after a one-year ban, will step into the ring with Cruz, who is first scheduled to fight Angel Fierro on February 1.

A Super Evening in Times Square

The event, which is being organized by Turki Alalshikh, is expected to be a spectacular evening of boxing, featuring not only the Garcia-Cruz fight but also a matchup between Devin Haney and José Ramírez. The winners of these two fights are then expected to face off in October.

Promotion and Partnerships

The Times Square event is being promoted by The Ring magazine, owned by Alalshikh, and the video game company SNK, who are set to launch their new game, ‘Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves.’ The event is ambitious and marks a new challenge in the world of boxing.

A Larger Tournament in the Works

Alalshikh has expressed his desire to host a tournament-style event between 2025 and 2026, featuring some of the biggest names in boxing. The proposed tournament would see the winners of the Garcia-Haney and Teófimo López-Jaron Ennis fights face off, with the losers also competing against each other. The event is still in the planning stages and would require the involvement of several major boxing promoters.
