LeBron James finished with 26 points, Carmelo Anthony added 24 with six 3-pointers, and the Los Angeles Lakers beat the Cleveland Cavaliers 113-101 on Friday night, ending a three-game winning streak.
Russell Westbrook had 19 points and six rebounds for the Lakers, who added their third win in four games in an uneven start to the season. James and Anthony, both with 19 years of NBA experience, took over late in the game with Anthony shooting from the 3-point line to the incessant cheers of his new fans at Staples Center.
