The GM Leandro Krysa and GM Alan Pichot tied a game where the former was closest to victory. Krysa put Pichot in trouble from the start of the game and pressed with a dynamic game, but failed to break Alan and, with a short time before control, made an inaccuracy which led to the balance of the game and the draw.
The GM Fernando Peralta’s French defense was not enough to overtake young MF JoaquÃn Fiorito and remain the sole leader. Fiorito played very solid and after 34 moves the game ended in a draw.
