Kanye West has been sued by a former employee who said the rapper had strange plans for children who attended his Donda Academy. Additionally, he claimed that he adopted discriminatory comments at school.
Trevor Phillips is the employee who is suing Kanye. He began working on Yeezy in late 2022 and also worked at Donda Academy, the rapper’s private school.
According to the complaint, his duties included managing a project to grow cotton and other crops as part of a plan to develop a self-sustaining community.
Over time, Phillips’ duties expanded and he spent more time running the school.
At the time, Trevor noticed that Kanye frequently shared his discriminatory opinions with academy staff and even students.
According to his story, Kanye told two children during a meeting that he wanted to shave their heads and that he intended to set up a prison at the school so that the minors would be locked in cages.
Phillips says Ye often insulted and intimidated Black employees at Donda, including himself. He was eventually fired by Kanye in May 2023.
The lawsuit against Kanye alleges, among other things, discrimination, harassment and a hostile work environment.

In the lawsuit, Kanye’s former employee also said that the singer invited him to a meeting at the Nobu Hotel in Malibu, where he allegedly praised Hitler and said he hated Jews: “Jews are working with Adidas to freeze my money. “ or “ the Jews want to get me.
According to the complaint, West demanded that hotel staff play “The Batman,” starring Robert Pattinson and Zoë Kravitz, and that he and Phillips watch the film at a low volume. The lawsuit alleges that West lay face-up on the bed and mimicked masturbating while the film played.
Additionally, the lawsuit also alleges that West made negative comments about gay people, saying that they were “controlled by Bill Gates and therefore don’t have children to control the population.”
