iQOO 11S risks being the next king of the Android universe

Soon, iQOO will launch a new 11S premium smartphone that promises to have enough arguments to dethrone the current kings of the Android universe of Samsung and Xiaomi.

All because the new iQOO model will arrive equipped with a 200-watt fast charge and an improved version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor.

Just this week iQOO launched the new Neo 8 series of smartphones which includes two new models. But it seems that the brand is not going to slow down the pace of launches and will soon present another premium smartphone.

And it is that, according to the most recent rumors, we could be facing the next king of the Android universe. According to the digital chat station that leaks, this smartphone arrives with significant upgrades compared to the previous model.

The well-known leaker advances, on the Chinese social network Weibo, that the iQOO 11S will have an overclocked (or improved) version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor that will provide performance improvements.

It seems that this new version of the Qualcomm chip will have a maximum speed of 3.36 GHz. Which means that it will have the same speed as the current Qualcomm processor, specially designed for the Galaxy S23 platform, and will be higher than the Xiaomi 13 Pro processor. which provides a speed of 3.2 GHz.

It seems that iQOO is really betting on dethroning the high-end models of two of the most popular rival brands in the European market.

On the other hand, this new iQOO model will also come equipped with support for 200-watt fast charging. This is a significant improvement over the previous model which was limited to 120 watt support.

Digital Chat Station adds that, in the rest of the specifications, the new iQOO 11S should follow the previous model. That is, it will have a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with 2K resolution and a high refresh rate of 144 Hz.

You can also inherit the same triple rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary sensor and optical image stabilization, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide plus a 13-megapixel telephoto sensor and 2x optical zoom.
