On the information received from Pakistan, the CBI has sent two people to Hyderabad. Apart from this, the CBI has captured a defendant from Delhi. These three youngsters are accused of fixing IPL 2022 and affecting the outcome of the match.

The CBI named Dilip Kumar, Rohini residents of Delhi, Gurram Vasu and Gurram Satish of Hyderabad, as defendants in their priority. Regarding this matter, CBI officials said that this racket has been active since 2013.

Giving more information, CBI officials said that these bookmakers may also have opened bank accounts through many fake IDs and KYC to fix matches so that people sitting abroad can send betting money.

Apart from this, many people associated with Rajasthan and Chennai Super Kings also got caught up in it.
