How do Samsung Smart TV models stand out against the main competitors in the market?

“Samsung TVs aren’t just TVs. They’re the entertainment hub of your home. And of course, they provide traditional TV and streaming services. But the real highlight is the presence of the SmartThings app.

With SmartThings it means your TV communicates with all the products in your home. It is a center. Let’s imagine your doorbell rings. You can watch a short video of the pizza delivery guy and, since the remote has a microphone, reply that he’s on his way.

Samsung TVs can also function as a console. With several of the cloud gaming services present, you end up not needing anything else to play some of your favorite games. And it is worth noting the possible connection with Philips Hue, which change color depending on the content you are watching on the Samsung Smart TV.

And finally, if you think 4K isn’t enough, we’ve doubled that down to 8K, which is huge when you think about the detail you can see.”

What are Samsung’s best-selling products in the smart home appliance category?

“Globally, we are the leader in premium refrigerators or washing machines. In handheld vacuums, we are second worldwide in the premium segment. Thanks to our research, we are developing products that people really want.”

For example, our new oven has a built-in camera. So when you’re away from the kitchen you can see what’s going on. And with its artificial intelligence, if you’re close to burning your food, it will let you know. Same for the fridge. If you go shopping and you don’t know what’s in the fridge, look at the cameras, you see what’s there and you know what to buy”.

How fine is the line that makes smart features a convenience rather than a gimmick?

“I think a lot of the features may seem like a gimmick at first. But when you are in the supermarket and see on your smartphone how many liters of milk you have in the fridge through the built-in camera, what could it be? a trick becomes very useful. First time you’re about to burn your food, and the AI warns you that this is about to happen, making it sensibly important.”

Given the lack of competition in the foldable smartphone segment, how does Samsung motivate itself to continue to innovate and lead?

“I think Samsung doesn’t compare itself to others. Because we’ve been pioneers in innovation, that’s why we compare ourselves. And we’ve built what consumers want. They wanted better cameras, foldable screens, better battery life, longer life, and we hit the mark.” latest products”.

What new Samsung products does Benjamin Braun highlight?

“I’m in love with Samsung Frame TV, the versatility of being able to become a picture on the living room wall. I think I was able to convince most of my friends and family to buy it, and I hope I can convince you too.” .

We also have the Samsung JetBot, which is a robot vacuum cleaner that vacuums the house when we’re not around. It has a LiDAR sensor that allows it to identify small objects, and when it returns to the base, it charges and empties itself.

Our air conditioning unit is another one of my favorites. It has the power mode with AI, which reduces power consumption by 20%, this at a time when electricity in Portugal has increased in price. It also has Wind Free technology, which basically makes the proliferation of air conditioning more pleasant during a hot Portuguese summer.”
