Jharkhand: In India, police officers together made a plainclothes military officer’s dargat.
According to Indian media reports, a policeman on duty at the Corona SOPs in Chitra district of Jharkhand beat up a soldier guarding his country’s border for not wearing a mask.
Video of Indian soldier Pawan Kumar Yadav being beaten by policemen went viral on social media.
SP Rakesh Ranjan suspended the three policemen and two officers after the video went viral on social media and a case was registered.

The SP said that the incident came to our notice that the soldier was riding his motorbike and was not wearing a mask. When he was stopped by the police team, he allegedly insulted him and then hit him. Beaten
He said that two constables and one head constable have been suspended but it was the fault of both the parties whether it was a young soldier or a common man. Such behavior cannot be expected from the police personnel.
Social media users also expressed anger over the incident and demanded action against the policemen.
