IND Vs SA: Bhuvneshwar creates history against Africa, becomes first Indian to do so in T20

The 5-match T20I series between India and South Africa was tied 2-2. The last game of the series would be played in Bangalore. But the match was canceled due to rain. In this match, South Africa won the toss and decided to throw first. While the Indian team entered the field to bat first. The India team had scored 28 runs for the loss of 2 wickets in 3.3 overs. But after that the game could not start due to rain.

Indian fast bowler Bhuvneshwar Kumar won the Man of the Series award against South Africa in the year 2018. After that, he also won this title in the T20 series which ended on Sunday. He is the first Indian fast bowler to win the Man of the Series award twice in T20 cricket. Bhuvneshwar Kumar played brilliantly in the second match of the series. Bhuvneshwar has taken 63 wickets in 21 balls for India in Tests, 141 wickets in 121 ODIs and 64 wickets in 63 T20 matches.

Choosing to bat after losing the toss, the Indian team had scored 28 runs before the match was called off. During this, starter Ishan Kishan scored 15 runs on 7 balls. He also hit 2 sixes. While Rituraj Gaikwad was fired after scoring 10 runs. Shreyas Iyer remained undefeated without opening the account. While Rishabh Pant remained undefeated in one race. However, after that it rained continuously. Because of this, the match could not be played. The series ended in a 2-2 tie.
