According to the Saudi website, the Saudi Ministry of Sports has issued instructions to the stadium visitors not to wear masks.
The rules issued by the Ministry of Sports say that the rules laid down for the prevention of corona should be strictly followed.
The instructions issued by the ministry further said that spectators visiting the stadium should ensure the use of masks whether they are sitting in any part of the stadium ie closed or open.
The stadium management has also been instructed to ban the use of masks by spectators to ensure compliance with SOPs.
