Riyadh: Some Umrah visitors face the hassle of changing their e-mail address on the Etemarna app.
According to the details, a person from the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah inquired on Twitter whether it was possible to change the email address listed on the Etemarna app.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has assured that the e-mail address can be changed in the Etemarna app, it is not a difficult task, it will have to do three minor things.
Explaining the procedure in this regard, the Ministry of Hajj has said that after opening the Etemarna app, go to its settings, and click there to browse the private data.
Email is entered in the private data, type the new e-mail address in place of the old e-mail address, and save it.
This will easily change the e-mail address in the trust app.
