The Gigantes del Cibao announced the operations staff for the next season that is scheduled to begin on Thursday, October 19.
The information was released by the General Manager Luis “Pipe: Urueta, who highlighted the group of men who will accompany him in his work to achieve the third title of champions for the Giants.
Since Urueta’s appointment, the team has been working on the formation of the roster that would be available for next season.

René Francisco: Special adviser to the presidency and baseball operations.
Joel Noboa: Director of operations and special projects.
Daniel Rufenacht: Assistant General Manager, coordinator of operations and player acquisition.
Huáscar Beltré: Assistant to the General Manager, senior strategy and planning analyst.
Jonathan Tiburcio: Assistant Manager, Analytics and Integration Coordinator.
Carlos José Lugo: Special Assistant to the General Manager, scouting and evaluations.
Luis M. Sánchez: Assistant General Manager, roster and transactions coordinator.
Gian Carlos Guzmán: Director of scouting / drafting
Mario Ferretti: Game strategist and liaison to the technical staff.
“We are working to present the best team possible next season, and for that we have formed a good group of baseball operations with experience and the ability to do an excellent job,” said the manager.
