Germany imposes quarantine on people from southern France

Germany will impose a quarantine for unvaccinated travelers from the Occitanie, Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur and Corsica regions of France as of Sunday in the face of a resurgence of Covid-19 cases, the Robert Koch Institute for Public Health Surveillance announced on Friday (RKI).

Travelers from these tourist regions in the south of France will have to observe a 10-day quarantine if they do not have a health pass proving that they have been vaccinated twice or are considered cured, a period of isolation that, however, can be shortened. within five days after submitting a negative test.
