Gain experience
Do you remember the employee who applies for a job in a company and says no because he has no experience? The guy defends himself by saying: “They tell me that everywhere, but if they don’t put me to work, how am I going to gain experience?”
In all human activities, it is not always earned without having accumulated “experience”, because having a deep knowledge of something is only obtained in the passage of time.
